This recipe was a perfect way to use zucchini from my garden. I made this tonight for dinner and my family really enjoyed it. My son loved it so much, that he requested it for his birthday dinner. Served: 7/16, 11/16, 7/17, 8.17, 11/17, 7/18
My son requested this for his birthday. It is one of his many favorite meals.
A nice change from traditional lasagna. My husband actually likes it better than the traditional kind.
