Eggplant Burgers
This is another great and tasty way to use eggplant from my garden. It is nice change from traditional hamburgers. Just add your favorite toppings and maybe even a special sauce to create something delicious.
Sour Cream-Dill Sauce
This cream and dill sauce is a nice addition to a salmon burger.
Tangy Salmon Burger Sauce
This sauce is quite good and has a little kick to it with the add Tabasco sauce.
Tartar Sauce
I use homemade tartar sauce for fish fillets and salmon burgers. It is simple and favorable.
