This chicken chili is a hearty, healthy, and delicious dish perfect for a weekday meal.
Ground Chicken Chili
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1/2 onion chopped
- 1 15.5- oz can red kidney beans undrained
- 1 14.5- oz can diced tomatoes
- 1 6- oz can tomato paste
- 1 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Pepper to taste
- 2 cups of vegetable broth
Instructions
- Spray a large pot and put over medium heat.
- Saute onion and pepper.
- Add the chicken and brown.
- Add remaining ingredients and cook for 30 minutes.
