Ingredients
- 3½ cups chopped chicken
- 1 small avocado, pitted and cubed
- ⅓ cup mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon dried dill
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the chicken, avocado, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, sugar, dill and parsley, stirring until well mixed.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
