Ingredients
- 1-1/2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- ¼ teaspoon baking soda
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon ground ginger
- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 egg
- 1-1/4 cups milk
- ¼ cup molasses
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
Instructions
- Preheat grill.
- In a large bowl, beat together the egg and milk.
- Mix in the molasses, and then the oil.
- Add the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, ginger, and cinnamon.
- Mix until just combined.
- Pour a quarter cup of batter for each pancake on preheated grill.
- Cook until batter is full of bubbles on the surface.
- Flip and cook until second side is lightly browned.
