This is my kid’s favorite tuna salad sandwich. I serve with sliced apples and they gobble it up.

Ingredients
- 2- 5 oz cans tuna, drained well
- ¼ cup finely chopped red onion
- ¼ cup chopped pickles ( sweet or dill)
- 1 large celery stalk, chopped
- 1 teaspoon capers
- ⅓ cup mayonnaise
- splash of lemon juice
- Dash of garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Bread of choice
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine the tuna,onions, pickles, celery, capers, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix together the mayonnaise and lemon juice
- Add the mayonnaise to the tuna fish and mix well until combine.
- Serve on bread of choice.
- Enjoy!
