This is my mother-in-law’s recipe. It is quite yummy and makes a nice sandwich.
Chicken Salad Sandwich

Ingredients
- 2 cups chopped, cooked chicken
- ¼ cup dried cranberries, finely chopped
- 1 stalk celery, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- ¼ -1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1-2 teaspoons dried tarragon
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Chop cooked chicken into ½ to ¾ inch cubes.
- Mix all of the ingredients together.
