I make this with blueberries, but you can use any type of fruit. My husband loves the blueberry cobbler. He said it is like eating a blueberry muffin.
Healthy Fruit Cobbler
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 cup low fat milk
- 1 tbs baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 cups of your fruit
- Preheat oven to 350°
- Combine all the ingredients except fruit in a large mixing bowl.
- Pour into an 8 x 8 pan coated with cooking spray.
- Top with fruit.
- Sprinkle top with a little sugar (optional)
- Bake for 40 minutes.
- Crust will come up over fruit to form a crust.
Variations: Can double to make a larger batch.
