This is a very easy way to prepare frozen spinach. The white wine gives it a really nice flavor. I serve this as a side dish or make some to cook with eggs or even on top of a sandwich.

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 10-ounce bag of frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- ½ cup white wine
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 3–4 cracks of fresh pepper
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet, then add spinach and minced garlic.
- Stir for 2 minutes, then add the white wine.
- Add salt and pepper then bring to a simmer and allow liquid to evaporate a bit, about 5 minutes.
- Serve and enjoy:)
