I like cooking breakfast sausage in the oven over frying them. The clean-up is easy and the sausage taste just as good as fried.
Baked Breakfast Sausage

- 1-1/2 to 2 lbs sausage links or patties (18 to 24)
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Place sausage on a baking sheet lined with foil.
- Cook for 10 minutes.
- Turn the sausages over and cook for 5 more minutes or until cooked through.
- Serve and enjoy:)
