I love one-pot meals they are great when it has been a long day and you want something quick and easy for dinner. This meal is not only quick and easy but the delicious cheesy goodness is a nice way to end a long did with a great meal.
One-Pot Ground Turkey Mac & Cheese

Ingredients
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1 onion diced
- 2 tablespoons minced garlic
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup whole milk
- ¾ teaspoon dry mustard powder
- ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
- 2 ½ cups pasta shells uncooked or pasta of choice
- 1½ cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons of grated parmesan cheese.
Instructions
- Brown ground turkey, onion, and garlic in a pan until no pink remains.
- Drain any fat.
- Stir in broth, milk, dry mustard, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper, and bring to a boil.
- Add pasta and reduce to a simmer.
- Cover and cook for 9-12 minutes or until pasta is tender.
- Remove from heat and stir in cheese.
- Serve and enjoy:)
