I never thought I would ever eat a veggie burger, but I decided to try some from my local butcher and they were amazing. Even my husband and kids like them. I also made some tasty sauce for a topping.
Baked Frozen Veggie Burgers
Ingredients
- 4 Frozen veggie burger
- Burger Sauce:
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons barbecue sauce
- 2 teaspoons ketchup
- 1 tablespoon sweet relish
- 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil (for easy clean-up).
- Place frozen veggie burger on prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for about six to 7 minutes.
- Remove baking sheet from oven and flip each burger.
- Return to oven and cook for an additional six to seven minutes.
- For Sauce:
- Add all ingredients to a small bowl.
- Mix and enjoy
- Top each burger with some sauce.
- Serve and enjoy:)
Notes
The veggie sauce makes approximately 3/4 of a cup.
