- ½ cup cottage cheese
- ½ Tablespoon maple syrup
- ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon or to taste
- Place cottage cheese in a food processor or blender.
- Add syrup and cinnamon.
- Process on high until well-blended and creamy.
