I make this special cream a few times a year as a special treat when making pancakes.
- 1/2 cup of pure maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons of heavy cream
- In a small saucepan add the ½ cup of maple syrup.
- Heat until warm but not too hot or boiling.
- Add in the two tablespoons of heavy cream and mix to combine.
- Remove from heat.
- Serve over pancakes and enjoy!
