Homemade Coconut Pudding
Ingredients
- 2 cups of milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 egg
- 1 egg yolks
- 2 tablespoon butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon coconut extract
- Whipped topping
- 1/2 cup toasted coconut
Instructions
- In large saucepan add your milk, sugar, cornstarch, salt, egg and egg yolk.
- Continuously whisk over medium-high heat until thick and bubbly.
- Remove from heat and whisk in butter, coconut extract, and vanilla extract until the butter is melted.
- Cover with plastic wrap and place in refrigerator until cool.
- Serve whipped cream and toasted coconut
