This is a quick and easy way to make guacamole. I like to serve it with raw veggies.
Guacamole
Ingredients
- 4 ripe avocados
- 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice or lime juice
- 1/4 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1 teaspoon salt or more to taste
Instructions
- Spoon scoop the flesh of the avocados into a bowl.
- Using a fork, mash the avocado until you reach the desired texture.
- Add the onion, lemon juice, coriander, and salt. Stir to combine.
- Serve and enjoy.
Notes
I learned to use this trick to store leftover guacamole to help it not turn brown and last longer:
Sprinkle the leftover guacamole with a little extra lemon juice. Place a piece of plastic wrap on top and press it down onto the guacamole and cover with a lid.
