I like pork chops but my family are not big fans. So I am always looking for new ways to cook pork chops. I remember as a kid, my mom use to make shake & bake from a store bought brand but I wanted to make my own. So I found this recipe and it was a big hit. The outside of the pork was crunchy while the inside was nice and moist. My family really enjoyed it.
