My family loves this bread. It is a good thing it makes three loaves so I can freeze some before it is all gone.
Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Bread
Ingredients
- 3 cups sugar
- 1 can pumpkin puree 15 ounces
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 2/3 cups water
- 4 eggs
- 3-1/2 cups flour
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon nutmeg
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1-1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1 cup miniature semisweet chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Grease 3 loaf pans.
- Combine the sugar, pumpkin, oil, water, and eggs.
- Beat until smooth.
- Blend in flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, baking soda, and salt and mix until combined
- Pour batter into greased loaf pans.
- Bake for 1 hour.
