I did not have my usual ground hamburg, veal and pork on hand but only had regular ground beef. So I tried this recipe and it was well received from my family, especially my daughter who loves meat. They are simple and taste great.

Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- ½ teaspoon sea salt
- 1 small onion diced
- ½ teaspoon garlic salt
- ¾ teaspoon dried oregano
- 1½ teaspoons Italian seasoning
- 1½ teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- ¾ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1 dash hot pepper sauce (optional)
- ⅓ cup milk
- ¼ cup fresh grated Parmesan cheese
- ½ cup seasoned bread crumbs
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- Line a baking sheet with foil and spray with cooking spray ( for easy clean up)
- Place the beef into a mixing bowl ( I use my Kitchen-Aid).
- Add onion, garlic salt, oregano, Italian seasoning, Worcestershire sauce( pepper flakes & hot sauce if using) and mix well.
- Add milk, Parmesan cheese and bread crumbs.
- Mix until blended evenly.
- Form into 1½-inch meatballs and place on baking sheet
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until done.
- Place them on a plate lined with paper towel.
- Use them right or way or freeze them.
