Salmon burgers yummy, I have not yet tried to make my own salmon burgers. It is on my list of new things to make. I buy mine from the local supermarket. They are great. But the most important thing about salmon burgers are, grilling them correctly.
- Heat and outdoor grill to medium high (about 375 to 425 F.) When the grill is ready, use tongs to rub the grate with layers of paper towels dipped in olive oil.
- Using a spatula, transfer salmon patties to the grill, close the grill, and cook undisturbed and to not press down on the patties.
- Cook about 5 minutes.
- Using a clean spatula, flip the burgers, close the grill and cook for an additional 4 minutes.
