These are my kids favorite pancakes. I add fruit and even mini chocolate chips which the kids really love.
Recipe type: Breakfast
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup quick oatmeal
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 2-1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1-1/3 cups milk
- 1 egg
- Preheat skillet or pan
- Mix together the flour, oatmeal, salt, and baking powder.
- Add milk and eggs to flour mixture and mix well.
- Pour into prepared pan and cook until golden brown,
If adding fruit, add last and gently stir.
